There are different names of colors in German.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtopronounce.com\/german\/farben\"><strong><em>&#8216;Farben&#8217;<\/em> <\/strong><\/a>is the German word for colour. Everyone loves colour, right? Without colour, everything would have been drab. As a result, a person&#8217;s mental condition might be linked to certain colours. The various appealing colour scheme gives the mind a nice feeling. Additionally, hues have the power to &#8220;change moods&#8221;!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">German names for various colours include green, crimson, pink, orange, yellow, blue, purple, black, and white.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Pink colour is referred to <em>&#8216;<strong>Rosa&#8217;<\/strong><\/em>, and red is referred to <strong><em>&#8216;Rot&#8217;<\/em><\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtopronounce.com\/german\/orange\/28219451\"><strong><em>&#8216;Orange&#8217;<\/em><\/strong><\/a> (both in English and German) denotes orange, <strong><em>&#8216;Gelb<\/em>&#8216;<\/strong> denotes yellow, <strong><em>&#8216;Blau&#8217;<\/em><\/strong> denotes blue, and <strong><em>&#8216;Lila&#8217;<\/em><\/strong> denotes purple. <strong><em>&#8216;Schwarz&#8217;<\/em> <\/strong>and <em><strong>&#8216;Wei\u00df&#8217;<\/strong> <\/em>both refer to black and white respectively. Grey is referred to <em><strong>&#8216;Grau&#8217;<\/strong>,<\/em> green as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.howtopronounce.com\/german\/gr%C3%BCn\"><strong><em>&#8216;Gr\u00fcn&#8217;<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, and brown as <strong><em>&#8216;Braun&#8217;<\/em><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Dark means <em>&#8216;<strong>Dunkel&#8217;<\/strong><\/em>, just as dark blue means <strong><em>&#8216;Dunkelblau&#8217;<\/em><\/strong>, while bright means <strong><em>&#8216;Hell&#8217;<\/em><\/strong>, as in bright\/light blue <strong><em>&#8216;Hellblau&#8217;<\/em><\/strong>.<strong><em>&#8216;Bunt&#8217;<\/em><\/strong> is the word for colourful.
